It’s Raining, It’s Pouring…

It’s raining in sunny Los Angeles today… ok, maybe since yesterday. The winter has finally decided to pay us a visit.

 

We’d say that many people in LA can’t stand this weather, but there is something about the rain that makes everything feel so warm and cozy. Yes, it’s wet and inconvenient if you need to walk a lot – but we’re in LA and we drive everywhere. So why no just enjoy it? Did we mention that we FINALLY get to wear our winter gear? We don’t have many opportunities to wear our cute coats, scarves and hats.

 

The best way to spend your rainy days? Watching “Singin’ in the Rain” while drinking a cup of hot chocolate under a bunch of blankets. Classics never fail on these types of days.

 

We don’t mind being in the office today, we got a nice view of Downtown, Los Angeles from our windows… we might even be inspired by this weather.

It’s Time to Give Thanks!

Hey everyone!

Thanksgiving is that time of the year that can really humble you. We took the time today to reflect on the past six months and appreciate how far we’ve come along. We must admit, t’s been an adventure thus far – we’ve had our ups and downs – and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us.

That being said, we couldn’t have done it with all the support from our customers and the girls wearing our clothing. We wouldn’t be here with out all of you and so we wanted to give you a big THANK YOU  for all your support. It means the world to us.

The Tribal Goddess

It’s no secret that we’re fans of colors, especially bright and bold ones. We’re loving tribal prints because of the way they utilize various geometric shapes and bold colors. It’s total eye candy. Plus, we’re suckers for anything that makes us stand out in a crowd.

Tribal prints can be found on dresses, skirts, pants, nails, iphone cases, blankets, purses – you name it. We found these images on Pinterest and felt the need to share them just because they show how tribal prints embody the playfulness of summer.
