Celebrity stylist Nicole Chavez in the February issue of People Style Watch said “Fringe is the embellishment of the season!” noting that the trend was being done in a more delicate way. This season 2tee Couture swings right into the trend introducing just a few fringe pieces (for now) from the Spring 2014 collection.
